About Me

My photo
I am Sara Hamza, a senior at Hume Fogg High School and part of the Senior Capstone program. I intern at Preston Taylor Ministries, an after school program for inner city children. For my project, I have created a program entitled Dreams United to connect each child at the Park Avenue site with someone who can help them further explore an area of his or her interest. I created this program with hopes that each child will take a simple interest and turn it into a hobby, which ultimately means putting his energy into a positive endeavor. This is important for these children because it is tough to counter the negative forces that they are immersed in due to their surroundings. If you are interested in helping, providing expertise in a child's area of interest, or if you have any questions please feel free to contact me at sarahamza@comcast.net

Chi-elle is an aspiring artist and would like help creating a painting. She is quiet and polite, and she takes a while to break out of her shell. She needs someone who has patients who can show her the process of creating a piece of art. Chi-elle also loves animals, especially cats and bears.
